I heard it from everyone in my circles, from my best friends to my family. Translation: "I love you, but I don't know how to help you." 

A breast cancer diagnosis changes everything. 

I remember all too well, because I was that woman, 19 years ago. Diagnosed at 29 years old with Stage 3 breast cancer, I struggled with loneliness, desperation, hopelessness, anger, sadness, low self esteem, and worry for my kids and family. I developed a system that helped me continue the fight, and I've spent the last 20 years coaching other women to do the same.  I provide the skills and resources to assist in your healing journey. I will help you navigate through mind mapping, meditations, and more for whole body wellness and overall happiness.

Once your order is placed, you will be contacted for an initial appointment and assessment. I am often asked what the difference in a 3 month plan verses a 6 month. Each is tailored to your specific needs, but here's a break down of services. A typical 3-month life coaching plan might include:
Initial Assessment: Identifying key areas for improvement, setting clear health and well ness goals (among others), and establishing a baseline.
Goal Setting: Breaking down goals into actionable steps with specific deadlines according to treatments, life outside of breast cancer, and family life.
Mindset Work: Addressing limiting beliefs and developing positive self-talk, forming identity mantras and thought exercises specifically for you to use during treatment.
Habit Development: Creating new positive habits and strategies to overcome challenges.
Regular Check-Ins: Reviewing progress, addressing roadblocks, and adjusting action plans according to scheduled treatment.


A typical 6-month life coaching plan might include:
Deep Dive Exploration: Exploring deeper personal values, motivations, and potential roadblocks that affect you as a woman and as a breast cancer patient.
Advanced Strategies: Implementing more complex techniques like visualization, journaling, and self-reflection.
Integration and Sustainability: Focusing on maintaining positive changes and integrating new skills into daily life while adjusting to treatments or self care afterward.
Relapse Prevention: Developing coping mechanisms to address potential setbacks, triggers, points of pain, and life after cancer.
