A typical 3-month life coaching plan might include:

Deep Dive Exploration: Exploring deeper personal values, motivations, and potential roadblocks.
Advanced Strategies: Implementing more complex techniques like visualization, journaling, and self-reflection.
Integration and Sustainability: Focusing on maintaining positive changes and integrating new skills into daily life.
Relapse Prevention: Developing coping mechanisms to address potential setbacks.
